Requirements for Candidate Registration

• You must have at least 3 years of experience working in a private home setting in the U.S. or have equivalent training
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Must be able to prove you are legally eligible to work in the U.S.; green card or valid work permit
• Must have a U.S. driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Verifiable references from previous employers
• Must have a positive clearance of criminal background and motor vehicle reports
• Must be willing to take a drug screen test
