Requirements for Candidate Registration
- You must have at least 3 years of experience working in a private home setting in the U.S. or have equivalent training
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Must be able to prove you are legally eligible to work in the U.S.; green card or valid work permit
- Must have a U.S. driver’s license and dependable transportation
- Verifiable references from previous employers
- Must have a positive clearance of criminal background and motor vehicle reports
- Must be willing to take a drug screen test
