House Manager / Personal Assistant, Live-out, Full-time, Atlanta, GA

New Position.  A retired couple is seeking an all-inclusive House Manager / Personal Assistant for their sizeable Atlanta residence.  This is a hybrid role requiring 80% house management and 20% personal assistant.  Principal’s objective is to hire a high level individual who can manage and provide personalized service to their residence.  The residence does employ additional staff.

Character sketch: confident, observant, calm demeanor, positive attitude, good manager of people, and have an approachable and likeable personality.

Qualifications:  A preemptive planner with experience developing routine schedules and procedures of day-to-day operations for a large estate.  A natural ability to coordinate and prioritize all household activities.  Ability to plan and implement Principal’s personal calendars and oversee the beginning and completion of all projects and requests.  Execute all duties with a hands-on approach.  Good judgement and resolution capabilities will be used daily.  Knowledge of household staff job qualifications and responsibilities, including household protocol. Must possess effective communication skills verbally and written.  Specific knowledge of smart home platforms, household and vendor management apps, Clickup, Todoist, Outlook and Google calendars and Apple and PC software.

This job does a require a daily presence on the property.  Due to the nature of position flexibility to work schedule will be required.
