New Position. Lovely semi-retired couple is seeking a seasoned hands-on house manager/executive housekeeper for their newly renovated Atlanta residence. This residence will have two occupants and a friendly elderly dog. The position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working 100% autonomously. The couple travels frequently therefore requiring a person who will take on full responsibility for daily household functions. Daily tasks will include housekeeping, laundry and household errands. Employer will value your experience and knowledge allowing you the independence to set up the residence as you see necessary for their lifestyle. This is not an Employer looking to micromanage. The family is seeking someone energetic and with a positive attitude and with a must have of 5 plus years of experience working in a private residence. Competitive pay is offered for someone highly experienced.
Must have skills: Extremely organized, knowledge of caring for museum quality furnishings and interiors, acquainted with caring for designer clothes and organizing expansive wardrobes, comfortable in preparing simple healthy meals, basic computer competence for scheduling service vendors and maintaining household calendar. Work schedule will remain consistent with exception of a household emergency when family is traveling or if family is entertaining on a weekend. Employer is willing to hire a weekly cleaning service for the heavier and more detailed housework if needed.
