Position Placed. Principal is seeking someone who takes direction with a great attitude. Position will require assistance for 2 residences, one in Buckhead and one in Marietta. Dedication to oversee and manage properties to Principal’s satisfaction. Able to work independently and follow instructions. Work will consist of indoor and outdoor duties. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Responsibilities:
- Handyman duties and minor repairs as needed
- Change exterior and interior lighting
- Help troubleshoot and identify any potential property maintenance issues
- Working with landscapers with gardening and caring for outdoor grounds
- Clean and fuel family autos
- Remove spiderwebs and leaves from high to reach areas and windows
- Between service vendors, assist with maintaining any outdoor areas, pool, gates, etc.
