Executive / Personal Assistant, Full-time, Atlanta, GA (Buckhead)

Salary: $82,000 to $100,000 annually

Hours: Monday - Friday, with flexibility

New Position. A well respected Buckhead family is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive / Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day personal and administrative support, reporting primarily to the family Estate Manager and the Lady of the House. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Schedule & Compensation Details

Schedule:                      Mon. – Fri.  Approx. 9 hours per day, with occasional Saturdays

Busy Season:                September through March

Summer Schedule:       Lighter workload due to family travel

Hourly Rate:                $40–$48 per hour, depending on experience

Benefits:                       Paid holidays, vacation, health insurance stipend and annual bonus

 

Residences & Travel

The family travels extensively during the summer months to their additional homes. Occasional travel to these residences will be expected, typically planned in advance and dependent on the Estate Manager’s availability.

Primary Responsibilities

Calendar & Personal Management

  • Managing personal calendars and daily schedules
  • Booking and adjusting lunch and dinner reservations
  • Coordinating travel and hotel arrangements
  • Managing personal beauty services
  • Managing prescriptions and medical appointments

Household & Vendor Coordination

  • Greeting all property services and vendors
  • Directing deliveries and managing on-site logistics
  • Receiving and organizing all personal packages for Principals
  • Managing a high volume of returns and exchanges

Wardrobe Management

  • Full oversight of dry-cleaning services, including tracking items sent out and returned
  • Maintaining and organizing Missus wardrobe and closet
  • Assisting with packing and unpacking, while keeping detailed clothing inventories
  • Ongoing daily organization of both Principals’ closets
  • Posting select items for sale on resale platforms as requested

Entertaining & Schedule Flexibility

  • Supporting the family’s frequent entertainment mostly during fall and winter months
  • Willingness to work extended stretches (7–8 consecutive days when needed), with time off provided following heavier workloads
  • Maintaining flexibility during frequent last-minute schedule changes, including adjustments to dining and personal appointments

  • Calm and adaptable with frequent plan changes
  • Not easily frustrated by shifting priorities
