Wear Unscented Products to an Interview

Women:  Make sure you only wear unscented products to an interview. Certain fragrances can be very irritating to people. My advice is to skip the Bath & Body Works lotion and spray. I can still smell the scent of half my candidates thirty minutes after they’re gone! I don’t think they realize the strength of their scent.
Please. Hear. This. No potential employer you will interview with, or for that matter work with, is going to want to smell pineapple orange body wash. Do yourself a favor and lose the perfume and fruity scents ladies!

Men:  Same as the women. Unscented body products only. Leave the Polo, Old Spice aftershave and smelly hair gel at home.
