Nanny for Infant, Full-time, Atlanta, GA

New Position.  A professional couple who are also returning clients are seeking a career nanny to begin April 2025.  They’re welcoming their newborn in February 2025; parents have hired an infant care specialist for the first 8 weeks.  The couple is seeking a mature minded nanny with a cheery approach.  They hope to find someone long-term who will be present to help with milestones and developmental stages of their child.

Nursery and baby duties: Ensuring infant stays on their established napping and feeding schedule, change diapers, prepare bottles, wash and sanitize bottles.  Sanitize all nursery surfaces and baby toys, maintain the organization of wardrobe and closet, full charge of infant’s laundry and monitor and order all child related supplies.  Other duties will include scheduling and transporting to pediatric appointments and follow-up visits and supervise changes in infants behavior.  Also important is creating a stimulating environment and encouraging curiosity and exploration as the baby grows, ensuring they reach each milestone by promoting emotional and cognitive growth.

Family travels occasionally with advance notice given. Availability to work extended hours on date nights or overnights will be requested on occasions too.  Parents will communicate your schedule a month in advance.

To qualify for this position, you must provide recent and verifiable references and letters of recommendation, be able to pass a thorough and extensive nationwide background check, have a clean MVR, current CRP/ First Aid Certificate and good swimming skills. Must speak fluent English.  Fluent in a second language is also a requirement; Spanish is preferred.
