HNW Principals in the Atlanta area are now hiring for a Lifestyle Manager / Director of Home Services to work closely with the Principals and Estate Manager. This position will be based out of Atlanta but will require frequent travel to the following areas: Memphis, Panhandle of Florida and North Carolina mountains. Seventy five percent of the schedule will be dedicated to the Atlanta and North Carolina residences with the other 25% in Florida and Memphis. The following responsibilities will be needed at all residences.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as lifestyle manager to Principals, report to the Mrs.
- Anticipate needs of Mrs. for travel, appointments, receiving guests, wardrobe, beverage and food service, transportation, attending events, hosting events
- Maintain daily environment with attention to decorative details
- Capable of managing complex diary and calendar for two extremely active Principals with support from Executive Assistant
- Proactively analyze upcoming calendars to prioritize comprehensive support to Principals’ daily activities, appointments, and entertainment obligations
- Be well informed of Principals travel schedule to coordinate and anticipate arrival to each residence to support priorities; some driving, packing, unpacking assistance needed
- Collaborate with Principals, Estate Manager and Executive Assistant to create check lists, effective tracking systems and inventories for each residence
- Proactively coordinate with Estate Manager and Executive Assistant to accomplish priorities and deadlines as pertains to family requests and expectations
- Independently manage staff or vendors to complete designated assignments
- Gift wrapping, favors for entertaining, menu cards, place cards, seasonal displays
- Meet and greet all visiting guests and offer refreshments
- Serving, table settings and flower arranging
- Plan frequent privately hosted events and parties for 10-100 held at different residences
- Research venues, prepare guest invitations and RSVPS
- Coordination with Chef, caterers, valet and security
- First-of-season Travel to each residence to prepare for Principal’s arrival and departure
- Prepare each residence for Principals planned stays based on family calendar and planned events: i.e., overnight guests, dinner parties, business meetings with status updates to Estate Manager
- Coordinate and orchestrate each residence to provide Principals and guests an exceptional 5 star service experience
- Stocking all bars, refrigerators, food items and all frequently used household supplies
- Maintain precise inventory for each residence to assure all family’s personal effects are available
- Assist with very light housekeeping and organization at all residences but particularly at out of state residences
- Composition, editing and review of correspondence
- Proactively deal with queries, field telephone calls and redirect as necessary. Take detailed messages
- Dog care: feeding, daily grooming, walks, vet visits and medication for two small, adorable dogs
- Light IT support including knowledge on updating iPhone software, rebooting Wi-Fi, printers, Sonos sound system, etc.
- Weekly/monthly purchases, price compare, get approval, place orders, track orders, prepare and submit on time receipts to in house accountants
- Very light culinary duties when Chef is off, i.e., prepare salads, heat and plate meals
Requirements:
- 5 plus years prior experience working with HNW families or luxury hotels
- Pleasant, professional and discreet
- Experience serving in private homes, particularly household management or personal assistant roles. Hospitality credentials is also desirable
- Capacity to travel up to 45%

- Fluent in English
