New Position. Great opportunity for a hands-on house manager / housekeeper who is experienced in the daily multiple operations of a busy home. Family is seeking an individual who takes initiative and will work autonomously with little direction. Someone with great attention to detail who is organized by nature. This is the ideal position for someone with a broad range of skills and a hands-on approach.
Duties include daily general cleanliness and organization throughout the residence, family laundry, maintaining closets, drawers, cabinets, and all storage areas. Knowledge of cleaning methods, cleaning products and household appliances are a must. Other duties include household errands, scheduling and managing service vendors, keeping inventory and purchasing of household supplies, grocery shopping and picking up dry cleaning.
Parents take a very hands-on approach with their children and will continue to do so however the family will require assistance with picking up the children from school in the afternoons and babysitting on occasion.
To qualify for this job candidate must have 5 or more years of experience working in a private home with recent and verifiable references. Reliable transportation and a clean background check and motor vehicle report is required. Must have excellent command of English both written and oral. Computer proficiency and familiarity of Atlanta is a plus
