Position Placed. A family of 4 based in Atlanta is seeking a talented full-time Chef. This opportunity is meal planning and preparation for an active family who travels every 20 days to their two other properties in the US. This role will involve accompanying them to each residence. You’ll be provided excellent accommodations. When the family travels outside of US, which is also frequently, your services will not be required, and you’ll be given a generous schedule of time off.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of conventional cooking with the ability to translate skills into Kosher meal preparation and maintaining a Kosher kitchen. The family enjoys a healthy, nutritious forward diet with variety and age-appropriate choices for the entire family. Everything from scratch, organic, fresh and no preservatives. They do eat family dinner together.
Daily duties include menu planning, grocery shopping, keeping kitchen clean and organized
restock pantries, set table, assist other staff with serving, clean up and prepare lunch for Atlanta staff. Travel required and average of two weekends per month.
Position requires experience in keeping a Kosher Kitchen, 4 years working as a private chef, excellent English, flexibility for travel and certification in Culinary Arts. Please upload resume with references.
