House Manager / Executive Housekeeper / Milton, GA (Atlanta)

New Position. This is truly a lovely family who needs a Hands-on House Manager experienced in handling the day to day operation and cleanliness of a busy 10,000 square foot home.  This is a newly created position.  They have never had anyone in this capacity.

First and foremost, you must love dogs.  They have 3 total who are inside.   There is daily housekeeping, organizing and errands.  They will expect you to have the residence on some type of cleaning schedule to assure it stays dust free and organized.  The laundry and ironing is average; basic linens and sports clothes.  All other clothing goes to dry cleaners.   Family will require occasional meal prep maybe twice per week; very simple prep work.   House manager duties will include handling all outside vendors, paying household accounts, grocery shopping, purchasing all household supplies needed, maintaining organization of all closets, drawers and storage areas and take pets to vet.  All candidates to be considered must have experience working in a private home for at least 3 years and have excellent housekeeping skills, be highly organized, able to work independently with a take charge attitude, have above average computer skills and an easy disposition and sense of humor.  English speaking and appropriate legal status to work in the US.   Please submit resume.
