New Position. Two high profile executives in Marietta is seeking an experienced or professionally trained, hands on House Manager / Family Assistant. This is a newly created position so all details on duties and responsibilities will evolve over a period of time. Family lifestyle is casual. Position will require some degree of flexibility due to the busy travel schedule. The family does employee other staff. House is approximately 9000 square feet and they have two older children. There may be an occasion where an overnight may be requested.
Position requires a very proactive individual. Must be able to take initiative to make decisions and judgement calls when Employers are not available. Employers will expect you to own the responsibilities of the job and have the skills for identifying their lifestyle and following through with appropriate schedules or plans. Expectations and responsibilities will be as follows: Keeping Employer’s personal calendar and arranging all appointments and travel, handling personal emails and thank you notes, setting up and managing all services to the property, inspect property inside and out for any maintenance or repair issues, assuring all the household shopping; supplies, groceries and personal items stocked and in place. Helping and assisting with cleaning and organizing the interior of residence; housekeeping, family laundry, organization of drawers, closets, cabinets and other storage areas. There are other housekeeping services employed but you will be expected to help. Job will be 60% administrative and 40% household duties. Must be able to work flexible schedule, security minded and pet friendly.
Must be local Georgia resident, acceptable MVR and background, legal status to work in the US, excellent written and verbal skills, verifiable references from past Employers. Above average computer skills. Experience working in a private residence is preferred.
