House Manager / Family Assistant, Full-Time, Dallas, TX (Highland Park)

Position Placed. This opportunity is for a high net worth, young hip fast moving family in the Dallas, Highland Park area who is seeking an experienced or formally trained House Manager.  Female candidates only.

Duties include: Complete oversight of daily operations of a 7,000 square foot residence and a vacation home in Greenville, SC.

Overall duties will include:  Household correspondence: budgets, insurance policies, contractual agreements, management and hiring of property services and vendors.  Manage and train staff, supervise daily activities with the household staff, procuring household supplies, family’s personal shopping and grocery shopping, wardrobe management ,calendar management and comfortable around 3 young children.   Attention to details is the key to success in this position.

Required skills and qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience managing private residences, outstanding references from both current and previous employers, ability to work independently, demonstrate an understanding of complex physical house systems (lighting, heating and cooling, security), understands that the utmost in confidentiality and discretion is required, strong analytic communication and management skills.  Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
