Position Placed. Atlanta family is seeking a professional minded Executive Assistant to support them and their Estate Manager. Position will require a great deal of flexibility to work on weekends and some occasional travel within the US and out of the country. It is of upmost importance that you are available and accessible electronically outside of normal hours.
Duties will be to act in a supporting role by facilitating the Estate manager and principals in day to day tasks. The right individual must be self-directed and experienced in a fast-paced environment having the ability to make decisions on the spot. Strong organizational skills will work to your advantage.
Duties to include anticipating and responding to the Principals and Estate Manager’s needs, managing their complex schedule and calendar for both home and office. Coordinate and handle detailed private flights and yacht arrangements.
Other duties include high-level administrative support such as composing emails, taking care of all incoming and outgoing correspondence and calls, filtering and forwarding messages. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel Sheets, payroll, and QuickBooks is required. Always staying up to date with accounts payable. Household duties include scheduling and managing service vendors and household errands such as personal shopping, gift shopping, groceries and picking up and dropping off dry cleaning.
This position consists of working as part of a team in a well-staffed house so in order to succeed you must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
To qualify for this position, you must have a wide diversity of skills. Family will only consider individuals who have previous experience working in a similar position. This is a hands-on job for someone who is willing to get their hands dirty, not a clipboard job. Recent and verifiable references are required. You must live in the Atlanta metropolitan area.
