Estate Manager / House Manager / Full-time / Live-out / Buckhead

Position Placed. Start date December 1st.  New family to Atlanta has several available positions for their newly renovated Buckhead property.  First position for hire is an Estate Manager / Property Manager to handle the day to day operations of 6-acre manicured property with main house, two guests houses, tennis courts, pool and fountains.  Candidates to be considered must have working knowledge and previous private home experience managing a substantial size property.  Required understanding of general construction, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and overall handyman skills.  Also, a wide-ranging know-how of gardening, landscaping, watering and irrigation systems.  Smart home technology and computer expertise and working knowledge of security system required.  Duties will also include creating and maintaining a property manual, scheduling and management of all outside vendors coming onto property, research on home projects and compile bids, maintain household accounts and budget.  Establish a systematic cleaning schedule and manage other household staff.  Hospitality background a plus.

To be considered must live in the Atlanta area and have experience working and managing a private home with stable employment history with recent verifiable references.
