New Position. Excellent opportunity for an accomplished and reputable professional Estate Manager. Primary residence is in the Panhandle of Florida, with 3 additional residences within 1 hour driving distance and mountain house in North Carolina. Primary residence has 5 staff members and other homes have service vendors.
Overall scope of the position is complete oversight and management of all property’s operations from 3000 square feet to 22,000 square feet along with household staff. You will be working from the family office.
The following knowledge and applied experience is required:
Development and administration of each individual property to include: creating annual budgets, update insurance policies and contractual agreements, management and hiring of property services and vendors, cost analysis and bids of any renovations or projects, create household manuals for each property, household staff management to include, hire and train staff, monitor daily activities, staff payroll, creation of Employee Handbook with set protocols / policies, job descriptions and staff performance reviews.
Other duties: Maintaining Smart Home technology, procuring household supplies, family calendar management, maintaining and working with security and assisting House Manager with any large company events.
To your advantage : Certifications or degrees in accounting or hospitality.
Qualification Must Haves: An affable and good-humored personality is essential. Willing to relocate to Florida a must. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience managing multiple private residences, outstanding references from both current and previous employers, ability to work as a team leader but also as a team member.
