Small family run business is seeking a part-time administrative assistant in the Midtown area. This position requires someone with self confidence and enjoys helping people. Responsibilities will include: answering telephones and guiding and assisting all callers with company’s overall information, handling all company correspondence and emails, scheduling meetings for owner and all office errands. Must have reliable transportation, excellent command of the English language; Spanish speaking is a plus, excellent computer skills, detailed knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office, above average writing skills and friendly personality.
